This exceeded my expectations and I am so happy with this product. It does what it says it does and helps with my workouts. Only need 3gms and it's enough. This lasted me a month shared between two people. The scoop is a bit tricky to find but it's handy to have. I would have liked if it was bigger just so I could find it better. It's a super fine powder so be careful when opening the jar as it can get into your nose!

It works well but it is not a miracle solution that instantly heals and creates muscles. It provides noticeable relief following intense workouts often resulting in reduced soreness the next day

Soft and smooth. Dissolved easily in water. Good to have on the daily for maintenance. Good price too.
