This definitely works and doesn't have a taste at all. It is very powdery so be sure not to inhale it by accident otherwise you'll be coughing for ages. I either dry scoop it, add it to my protein shake, or mix it in with a little bit of whatever I'm drinking at the time. The texture reminds me of cornflour but a lot lighter in weight.
