This is ok mince. I use it in vegetarian spaghetti bolognaise. My family likes it but we preffer the v2 schnitzel to put on top of our pasta. It is very juicy and not bad for the price. Overall I would recommend it but I also recommend for you to try the v2 schbitzel on top of your pasta.
