These mandarins are great tasting at the moment. They do have a few seeds but food is meant to have seeds. They are still great to snack on and put with a salad with beef.

Mandarins are really nice at this time of year and being in season means they are great value too. There are a few different varieties but I think the Imperial Mandarins are the best. You rarely get one that isn’t sweet and juicy. These ones have been particularly good. They are nice and sweet, juicy, thin skinned and only a couple of seeds per mandarin.
