Absolutely delicious! Gorgeous green colour and rich, creamy flavour. Perfect on toast with a little salt, pepper, lemon juice. Add a sprinkle of Everything Bagel seasoning and it’s heaven. Also hold their form well so pefect in sushi or is a salad.
