Not bad for a prepared fresh meal, nice creamy sauce, large slices of chicken and not all pasta. Indis find the chicken a little dry but the sauce helped with that.

it contain 28.1 g of protein and it’s only 370 cal per serve it’s a very healthy choice for every day meal just simply microwave it and just enjoy
