bought it about 2 to 3 weeks ago. left it in the fridge for awhile but still not ripe. taking it out now to ripen, my advuce bulk buy when discount and keep it in the fridge, will not spoil. great for your healthy fat intake and helps digestion, super creamy avocado yum
