avocado is one of the main fruit in our house hold. we use this as a dessert. we get the cream in to a cup and mixed with milk powder and honey . and consume it. it is very tasty and can consume more as after dinner or lunch.we assume it is good medicine for constipation and cooling the beli. we called this as butter fruit not as avacafo.
