Hass avocados have a rough skin which you peal away to get to the creamy flesh inside. Discard the pip and enjoy the superfood and all it provides. Healthy fats, fibre, potassium, vitamins (including C,E,K and B) and antioxidants.

you can’t go wrong with a hass avo! we used it for a fancy but easy lunch - toast with avo, smoked salmon, tomato and salt and pepper! 10/10
