Perfect Apple for baking or stewing. Sometimes a hit and miss for lunch boxes or a snack.

The fruit is quite sweet in taste, crispy and an all round excellent variety of apple that works in multiple dishes such as desserts or yoghurt bowls. Highly recommend!
