tastes like the best of both worlds- olive oil and butter! easy to spread, doesn’t break your bread up and has a lovely subtle flavour of sea salt delicious on a thick slice of sour dough bread or to cook with. especially pancakes.

It tastes rich and savoury, with a good balance of butter and olive oil notes.
