Review of FLORA Buttery Spread 500g

FLORA is a multi-faceted term referring to plant life, specific products, and even an app. In the context of the Northern Territory Government's review, it refers to the FloraNT online database for flora and vegetation data. Additionally, Flora can be a brand name for various products like spreads Flora Buttery and perfumes Gucci Flora. Furthermore, "Flora" is also the name of a productivity app based on virtual gardening. Having family members who are dairy free this Flora plant butter was a positive option for me to cook with. Mixed results sadly - for cooking sauces, frying etc it's bland but ok but for baking NO! The cake / biscuit batter looks amazing before cooking but it doesn't bake well, the outcomes are stodgy, heavy and the cake sinks. It resembles an uncooked cake and is incredibly disappointing. I won't be using it for baking anymore. Too many poor results.
