We have used Flora pro-active for a few years now to help with lowering cholesterol. The taste is much better than most cholesterol lowering spreads we’ve tried. It remains a staple of our weekly shopping list.

Flora ProActiv contain natural plant sterols. Eating 2g of plant sterols daily as part of a healthy diet and lifestyle has been clinically proven to lower cholesterol by up to 10% within 21 days.
