Healthy it seems. Especially if you are conscious of your cholesterol consumption. Overall I like this one with a decent buttery taste. It’s not too salty and has got its fats under check. Spreads really well and has got a nice texture to it. It doesn’t freeze when kept in the fridge and the packaging is neat and clean.

I like the buttery flavour - taste + all other benefits that it comes with. Spreads nicely even when kept in fridge. Has many health benefits. If you are addicted to butter - the high in cholesterol ones, then worth giving this a try.

Flora pro activ butter with plant sterols lowers cholesterol comes in a 250 g container and has a 3.5 star health rating and is buttery so it’s a lot easier for spreading onto breads and toast and the like
