About Yellow Nectarines

Yellow nectarines have a deliciously sweet and juicy and slightly tangy flavour, when ripe they are soft. When unripe, nectarine flesh is quite hard and crunchy. Nectarines differ slightly from peaches in that their skin is smooth and fuzz free.
