I like the salty goodness of Vegemite and a little goes along way. I prefer it on white toast with butter for breakfast. The jar is easy to open with the textured edges and width of the jar lid.

This is the very good quality Vegemite. I use it with toast but you can use it as you like. It has 24 g protein per 100g.
