I'm a happy little glutamate. An Aussie staple that is an excellent source of Vitamin B. Have this on toast several times a week, just use sparingly as it has a really intense flavour. Good value size especially when you find it on special.

Classic Australian icon food! Recommended with some butter on toast… beautiful taste obviously do not want to overload with it cause the taste is very intense and strong but with butter taste great

The number one breakfast spread in our house! Even the largest jar doesn’t last long! And I’ve tried to get the kids to change brands but they won’t have it! Vegemite it is!

The Vegemite is very underrated as a lot of people say it tastes bad, but in my opinion it taste pretty good. Its good on the go for when you need it to eat a quick breakfast or make a lunch for school or work
