An Australian pantry staple! Perfect on toast or crumpets for breakfast, or in grilled cheese. Doesn’t come cheap though, 560g jar is almost $10!!

It’s an Australian must! Best on toast with butter just don’t over do it. A nice savory snack or for breakfast on toast!

A go to spread for toast with a slice of cheese on top. Personally I like to have a good coverage of Vegemite on my toast for the taste factor. It comes in different sized glass bottles catering for every household’s circumstance. The downfall with the glass bottles is that they break very easily when dropped & usually this happens after a couple of uses. Price is reasonable especially when on special, best kept in the fridge once opened.

Vegemite is an all-rounder. Great on Toast, sandwiches even in sauces. Less than 1.0g of fat.

you can't get much more Aussie than this black gold! I eat this opaque paste for breakfast every day and my wife puts it in her fertility smoothies, swearing it is the reason we have 5 kids. It's super diverse and can be used in baking in addition to breakfast
