Best breakfast spread ever! Good for lunch too and can be put into some many recipes. A wonderfully healthy diverse spread. I always love to have my Vegemite for breakfast lunch and tea. Honestly I do not think that I could go without it. I have been eating Vegemite literally since I could walk. I highly recommend this product to everyone!
