Thinly spread on your choice of bread or crackers. Can be topped with any kind of cheese or avocado. Can also be used in cooking roast or casseroles for enhanced flavour. Low in fat high in B vitamins. I prefer Vegemite on hot buttered toast or on rice cakes with cheese.
