Vegemite is a thick, black and salty spread made from leftover brewer's yeast. It is an australian made product. It is very rich in vitamin B and minerals giving you a lot of benefits for your healt, but you have to eat in moderation because is high in sodium. You can use it as spread on your toast, eat it in sandwiches or you can use your creation to add it in your cooking at home like savoury biscuits etc. Children love it! I highly recommend this product.
