Nothing beats peanut butter slathered over a piece of fresh bread or a crusty roll. Filling, nutritious and a great source of protein. Gluten free. It's n a plastic jar which is great because it doesn't break when dropped,and both the lid and jar are recyclable. I particularly enjoy the smooth texture, and it's not oiky.
