I used to use the old el pastor mission mix, but recently found this mix. It is a little spicier, & no sugar, but overall I’m really happy with it. It is preservative free & all around healthier. I use it in beans for nacho, jackfruit for tacos, tofu for Mexican take on that… I love Mexican & this makes it!
