I bought this to try as soon as I had mild cold/flu symptoms coming on. Did feel more energised afterwards and overall slightly less ill. Was glad I stocked up while on special as these are more expensive per unit price. Pleasant upfront flavour with an almost apple cider vinegar after taste.
