this is one of my favourite tunas to buy as it doesn’t have any added sunflower oil - only olive oil. it’s great to use mixed with a healthy mayo

firstly sirena tuna is by far the best for it's taste and quality. this lite tuna is oil is great. it tastes just like the normal tuna in oil without the extra fats

Tuna in oil is very high in protein and is great for salads or mashed with maionese and added to any sandwich or roll for lunch
