Great emergency foods to stock up at home when you feel lazy to cook and just want something easy and quick but still yummy. Add fried egg and eat it with rice, you got one complete meal already.

I think Sirena is the best brand in tuna. cause you get more fish than the other cans which have more water and oil.

One of my all time favourite tuna brands. The oil is flavoursome and hasn’t been watered down like some of the budget friendly brands of tuna. Easy to eat on its own or thrown into a salad.

i’ve only recently purchased this brand tuna. It is absolutely delicious. It’s not an overpowering taste. It is a little bit higher priced but for the sustainability aspect I think it’s definitely worth it.

My absolute favourite brand of tuna! Has a higher percentage of fish compared to most other products. The chilli flavour is also tasty! However, this tuna is more expensive than other brands so I wait until it’s on special to buy

Sirena tuna is one of the best canned tunas on the market in my opinion. No weird fake taste and good quality oil used. Love it tossed through salad, in wraps or through pasta.

This is the only tinned tuna in oil that we eat in our household. It’s lovely quality and tasted. I like that it flakes thinly but also can stay in chunks for those who like it like that. This was a bargain - medium size at small size price.

one piece premium delicious tuna in vegetable oil , easy to open it, it is my favourite choice, I mix it with salad and sometimes just eat it with bread and squeeze some lemon on, high in omega 3 and vitamins and other healthy fats.
