A decent sized meal that’s great for on-the-go. It’s so easy to heat up in the microwave using the container it comes with and heats up fairly quickly too. Delicious flavour, not too overpowering compared to other brands.

Super tasty meal! Not only is it gluten free but it’s also dairy free which is perfect for my intolerances. It’s easy, convenient and has clean, good quality ingredients. Love it so much.

This hart & soul satay chicken was delicious loved the rice and chicken combination and the sauce was amazing gave some hot kick great combination highly recommend
