I tried the Toscana filled croissant and it was such a pleasant surprise. The pastry is buttery and flaky, with that perfect light crunch on the outside. The Toscana filling is rich, savoury, and full of flavour — almost like a creamy, herby spread that pairs beautifully with the soft layers of the croissant. It tastes indulgent without being too heavy, and feels like something you’d pick up from a little European bakery. Definitely a pastry I’d go back for.
