Tried the Tomato & Mozzarella Protein Bites for the first time this week. They’re quick to heat up and make a handy snack when you don’t have time for a proper meal. The egg is nice and fluffy, the mozzarella melts well, and there’s a gentle tomato flavour that’s not overpowering. They fill you up without feeling too heavy, which I like.

Balanced taste however a bit salty. Biggest downside is value for money. you need at least two for a decent breakfast and leading to the packet running out fast.
