I love these Protein Bites. They are so easy to prepare and taste great. I like them in wraps with lettuce and tomato or just served on toast with some sweet chilli sauce (see my video review). At full price they are a little expensive but one of the two varieties is usually on sale regularly so I grab those.

These were such a welcome surprise! I have never purchased egg-based products from the freezer aisle but these were really great. It’s nice to have an easy way to get a protein hit as a vegetarian.
