Sunny queen Protein bites are a solid snack thay offers decent protein, nutritioun good flavour and convenience. They aren’t perfect because of the high salt and calories involved however they are good when you are trying a mixed diet.

I’m not a very big fan of foods with tomato in them but these weren’t too over powering and mixed with the mozzarella I felt like it was a good balance of the both flavours

taste amazing and came out fluffy. instrctions easy to follow and simple to cook whilst busy doing other jobs around the house. Kids loved them as an afternoon snack or for their lunchboxes.
