sunny Queen protein balls tomato and mozzarella, are so tasty I love them,I cook them in my airfryer,and when they are cooked and I bit into them the mozzarella is melted and filled with tomato, the outside is crunchy with breadcrumbs,great for a snack

great savoury snack with a slight tangy flavor from tomatoes. They even make a quick breakfast when I’m in a hurry and don’t have time to cook eggs from scratch. I like to keep a bag in the freezer (stock up when they’re on sale!) and then heat up a couple in the microwave as needed, they are ready in about 1 minute!

great if you like quiches and things that have a similar texture. I'm not a huge fan of them unless they are frxjly made but they are great for a quick savory protein source
