very overpriced eggs with not a lot of flavour, and not a whole lot of protein either. the grams advertised is for the whole pack!!! microwaved they don't taste great so don't bother unless you have an air fryer - even then idk if they're any good. really only good for convenience and i feel there are other options i prefer. if they appeal to you definitely get them half price though!

Sunny Queen Protein Bites are really nice but they can be a little expensive if they’re not on sale. I always try to buy them when they are on sale and also when they are a Shping booster product. You can cook these up and eat them on their own or do as I do and put them in a wrap with something else. Heating them up in the air fryer is by far the easiest way to cook them. delicious lightweight actually feels like it fuels you for the day. it is quite basic though but the outside is crunchy so it is good. quite cheap too!

just like the bacon and cheese protein bites these tomato and mozzarella are great too, packed with protein in bite size and convenient to throw into the airfryer and pack then in a container, leave in the fridge for when you get that snack attack. delicious and good for you too. A packet or two of these are in my weekly shopping list.

- price is alright - the quantity is good. x2 lunch - it is savoury and as someone who loves tomato sauce, this is perfect

The light & fluffy Bites are high in protein, high in fibre, gluten free and super delicious. Not to mention very quick and easy to prepare by air-fryer. I love to eat these and taste delicious.
