very good option for vegetarians and also people who can’t eat meat. They are delicious and light. They are pretty high in calories though and just wish they had more filling.

The flavour is pretty good, there’s a clear tomato note and a hit of cheese , making it more interesting than a plain egg snack. They feel light yet substantial, which is great for my post-workout or lunch-on-the-run scenario. The convenience factor is high which I appreciate. quick to heat, easy to pack, and fits well with my minimal weekday cooking style. In terms of suitability for me (with my training, meal-prep, snack habits), they make a strong “prepared snack” option. But they can be a little dry so I tend to add tomato sauce as a garnish.

Really tasty for a protein snack! The tomato and mozzarella flavor is savory and satisfying, and the bites are crunchy and filling. A bit dry, but overall super convenient and enjoyable. Would buy again!
