handy for a quick bite, but a bit boring on their own. add a salad to give then a bit more oomph and they are much better. they are very egg based and that flavour comes their very strongly. I like the fact that they are made with free range eggs. nice when cooked in the air fryer. very soft. they are quite expensive so not an everyday purchase
