I like Sunny Queen Liquid Egg White for its convenience and purity (100% egg white). Sunny Queen Egg Whites are a really handy item to have on the shelf for cooking or baking. I use them in loads of things, so much quicker and easier than cracking eggs and having left over yolks. Smooth and ready to go – easy! And they keep in the fridge so none goes to waste.
