I love these egg whites. They are super silky. The package has an easy to open top and it is easy to measure and pour. They are super versatile. I use it in so many ways in my cooking and baking. I love that it is high in protein and super healthy. One of my favorite ways to eat it is cooked with tomato and fresh baby spinach. Super delicious.
