these are basically egg whites in a package, no yolk, no mess — just pure protein. super clutch if u bulkin, cuttin, or tryna get clean protein without dealin w shells or wastin yolks. u can drink it raw if it’s pasteurized (but like… why lol), or cook it up quick for scrambles, omelettes, baking, whatever.
