never personally had to use this but I watched my sister have many sleepless nights with a colicky 9 week old bub. I looked around read many reviews and suggested she try this. she wasn't sure at first giving a new bub anything but once she tried it didn't look back. was great relief and everyone one in the house were able to sleep
