olinas wafer crackers are very thin,light, great for snacking or entertaining. So crispy and thin they still hold their shape into dips.I use them for entertaining guest with different cheeses on them with slice of gherkins and a mint leaf on each cracker,so tasty and light.Gluten free.also they are airy and refined.

good for a cheese platter and not as expensive as other brands. I like to mix up the biscuits on a platter so this is a good candidate of one type of biscuit!

These wafer crackers are super light and crispy, with a neutral flavour that works well with cheese, dips, or toppings. They don’t overpower whatever you pair them with, making them a great pantry staple for snacks and entertaining. They can be a little delicate, and can snap, but pretty good overall.
