Bodies Protein Water has 30g of protein, which is great when you’re trying to hit your daily protein goals. The 30g version is quite sweet compared to the 15g, so I sometimes water it down. I wouldn’t drink it as a treat, but it definitely helps you get your protein in. Overall, a great tool.
