I tend to find cordials a little lifeless so I sparkle this one up by adding sparkling water to it. Makes a big difference. Australian made and only 1% sugar but it still keeps the flavour of the normal version. A traditional favourite and few do it better than Bickford’s.

Quite weak for my taste, I put in what I thought was enough for my 600ml cup, thought “yup that tastes right” and realised I’d used almost a quarter! Maybe I just like my cordial strong, but this could definitely stand to be more concentrated. I like the taste though!

Diet cordial to make lemon, lime and bitters with. Great over ice or chilled. A little goes a long way!

Make at home with a little bubbly water from soda stream & this becomes a delicious drink that can be drunk anytime especially in summer as it’s so refreshing without the added sugar.
