if your anything like me and hate the taste of natural water then this is for you. the wild Berry essence is not over powering but beautifully subtle. It comes in a 1ltr which is ideal as anything more than 1 ltr can leave your throat a little dry. the ingredients are apparently water, sugar, food acids, natural flavers and some other things I can't read. I love this drink. I buy it every week. just don't drink too much.
