I love buleberries because they also work beautifully in all kinds of dishes smoothies, yogurt bowls, pancakes, salads, or even baked into muffins. When they’re in season, the flavour is bright and refreshing, and the berries stay firm and plump. Out of season they can be a bit softer or less sweet, but they’re still great for cooking or freezing.
