I got this for a morning snack at work to make me feel fuller for longer. I found that this has a nice flavour with the bits inside it. it was a pretty good size and was on special which is another bonus.

I really like the texture of these bars. satisfying to eat and provides a good dose of protein. Quite pricey so best to grab them when they are on special.

Latest flavour from The Man Bar range that puts crunchy peanuts, chocolate pieces, gummies, and marshmallows for an authentic rocky road flavour. This is one of the better flavours I have tried so far from the range. Not bad for a low sugar, high protein snack bar to curb your afternoon sugar cravings.
