Have been having this Red Tractor instant oats for a long while. It's very easy to make, just add water and put in microwave for 2 mins and its done. Very smooth and creamy, and my toddler likes it too. A very good choice for breakfast.

the whole grain is the source of protein and dietary fibre. it is really creamy when we add water/milk/vegan milk. it is great to boost before our daily activity.
