They have a deep red-purple skin that looks beautiful and a crisp, juicy bite that’s both sweet and slightly tart – a perfect balance. My household loves these apples. They are super crunchy and there are hardly any bruising which is nice. The peel is thick enough to get a nice crunch but not thick to the point of being bitter. Great size and perfect for a snack.
