This is your classic delicious snickerdoodle cookie but loaded and taken to another level. The addition of a biscoff loaded centre pairs perfectly with the cinnamon sugar flavour. Very moreish and decadent. Even better when heated in the microwave for 10 seconds to make the centre gooey.
