We picked up these tablets on special & we will continue to buy them. The flavour is delicious & we found them to replenish our thirst, & energy, whilst sipping on them during a recent heatwave. Very easy to slice the tablet in half to add to your water bottle.

I drink voost with tap water twice a day. First thing in the morning I have zinc for health reasons. It’s nice to have the apple and berry with a salad for lunch or dinner. Makes it a nice sweet taste. Like being a small child, I love the sound of it fizzing. Just let that finish before drinking for maximum benefit.
