I bought this HASS avocado from Woolworths , Avocados are a source of many key nutrients, including healthy fats and fiber. They also contain anti-inflammatory and antioxidant compounds that may help reduce the risk of heart disease. I add Avocado into my morning breaky everyday , is good source of nutrients to start the day.
